Assunção Lopes believes in the social function of the legal profession. For this reason, we have a well-established pro bono legal practice that aims to contribute to the democratization of access to justice and to the defense and promotion of human rights.

 

Pro bono legal work is a legal practice of the firm, called Assunção Lopes Pro Bono, and is dedicated exclusively to providing free services in human rights and public interest cases. This practice serves individuals in situations of social vulnerability from diverse backgrounds, non-profit organizations unable to afford legal services, and leading human rights organizations in the areas of research and advocacy.
